What are the operating hours of The Third Space?

The Third Space is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What is the maximum capacity of The Third Space?

For activities and events, the Orange Zone has a maximum seating capacity of eighty (80) students - without a projector, white screen, or any other equipment set up in front.

Are Non-UP participants allowed?

Yes but only a maximum of ten (10) Non-UP participants are allowed.

Are there fees when reserving and using The Third Space?

The use of the Orange Zone is free. However, the use of energy is charged. Prices for the first four hours are set in the form. An additional P50/hr is charged per equipment afterwards.

How do I know if the date I'm trying to book is still available?

Upon submission of the form, the date and time inputted will be checked. If there are conflicts or is unavailable, you will not be able to submit the form.

What do I need to reserve and secure a schedule in The Third Space?

Brief description of the event, goals or objects of the event, target audience, lead facilitator or guest speaker along with their backgrounds, target participants, expected number of attendees, program flow, equipment that will be brought, set-up team, and signed Activity Approval Form (AAF).

What do I need to bring on the event proper?

Acknowledgement receipt for energy fee payment. For Non-UP participants, they will be asked to leave one (1) government-issued ID with the guard. They can retrieve it after the event.
